At Cold Sparks, customer satisfaction is important to us.

 

Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for products that have been delivered as ordered.

 

If a product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos or videos showing the defect or damage

 

After review, Cold Sparks may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the defective product

• Repair the product

• Issue a refund for the affected item

 

Products damaged as a result of misuse, improper installation, modification, neglect, or failure to follow instructions are not considered defective and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
